You rightly point out the incompetence of a sizeable percentage of teachers, but there’s a worse problem than that: For the last thirty years or more, the focus has been on political indoctrination: rather than teaching kids how to think, the focus has been on teaching them what to think. Democrat Left-wing opinions, slogans and hate labels for dissenters are well-learned: our school graduates are pro-choice, anti-racist, antifascist, pro-Gay, Climate Change Alarmists, who call opponents Misogynists, White Supremacist, Nazis, Homophobes or Deniers.

No original thoughts will ever analyse these beliefs that distort their world-view: they have never been taught to think analytically, sceptically or to question what they believe. There is no capacity for self-criticism or freedom of thought. They’ve been taught what to believe and very little else.
