When you say “As a black man whose always been a little different I encourage debate with those I disagree with... Its time to … embrace debate, exchange ideas and correct your brothers not abandon them.”

I would argue that it is even more valid to say “As a man who’s always been a little different I encourage debate with those I disagree with… Its time to embrace debate, exchange ideas and correct your brothers not abandon them.” All men are Brothers, regardless of the colour of our skin.
