What is impossible is to read your entire post and be able to remember at the end, what you said at the start. If you want to make a point, do so in as few words as are necessary: Don’t write War and Peace!
Some of what you say confuses gender equality goals with gender role norms: it’s only Sexual Harassment when flirting is repeated after being told it is unwelcome. That applies to anyone whether they are in a position of power or not, but the onus is on the victim to call the offender out, and say his attentions are not welcome.
