This is not an academic institution, and my whole point is that if only sea-ice melts, the sea will not rise. To quote myself:

“ The fact that the Greenland and Antarctic Icecaps are not melting is important because melting sea-ice does not raise the sea level: it already displaces its weight in water. Sorry, I thought that was obvious.

Coupled with the fact that the only negative about climate change warming is Sea Level rises, this does prove that “ climate action is not necessary.”

Warmer and longer growing seasons, more rain, faster crop growth and expanding grasslands and forest reclaiming the world’s deserts are, in my humble opinion, good things for Humanity and for Nature, and are all documented consequences of recycling the carbon that has been locked away in fossil fuels for far too long.”

So the two points are:

1. The sea level cannot rise unless the icecaps melt, and they cannot do so while the temperature remains below 0 degrees C.
2. The benefits of releasing additional CO2 in the atmosphere are huge, while the adverse effects have been greatly exaggerated, and show no signs of eventuating.
