They speak the PC Language of the Left, they seek power at all costs, like Stalin or Pol Pot, they hate and seek to destroy everyone who doesn’t agree with them: that sounds like the Left to me. They use Socialist rhetoric to achieve Fascist control of the Country: you can’t get more Left than that. Read George Orwell’s 1984 for a former Socialist’s take on Socialism. The Democrats fit the mould: their Fake News is so like the Ministry of Truth. They are experts at double-think: they demand that their followers believe mutually exclusive things at the same time, and Hillary Clinton’s personality cult was so Big Brother (Or Big Sister, perhaps).

If it walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, it is probably a duck!

You on the other hand are too rational, reasonable and humane to be truly of the Left. You just have some ideas about fairness, equality and brotherhood that make you side with the workers against the Capitalists. I just hope you are young, as referred to by Sir Winston Churchill:

“If you are not a Socialist when you are 18, you have no heart!

If you are still a Socialist when you are 30, you have no brain!”
