They are not angry, but frustrated at seeing a mental illness (A guy wants to be a girl) treated as a physical problem, requiring surgery instead of psychology. How are you going to cure the cross-gender psychosis when surgery gives false validation of the psychosis? The mental condition may be reversible; the physical castration of the man is not. That plus a boob job makes the mutilated man look a bit like a woman, but he will never actually be a woman. The correct term is eunuch, and the eunuch still has a mental problem thinking it is a woman...too sad.

Because the mental condition is made worse by surgery, many commit suicide, either because of the continued strain of not being what they wish to be, or the realisation that their once healthy male body is now gelded and disfigured. If their mental problems had been dealt with properly, they would still be alive, and learning to cope with the gender they were born with. Society has done this group no favours with policies which deny sanity and reality, and encourage psychotics in their madness.
