The key decision is not "Is the vaccine 100% safe?" The question to ask is "Is the risk of side effects from taking the vaccine less than the risk of catching Covid-19 and perhaps dying?" If the answer is yes, then take the vaccine.

The Pfizer vaccine needs to be stored at -70 degrees C for long-term storage, but still has a 5 day shelf life at normal temperatures, so you can be confident the vaccine will be effective.
