My point at the time was that while I am totally opposed to sexual harassment, we need to be careful not to expand the definition of harassment to include dating behaviour, such as asking a girl out, as harassment. That was my only intent, and I’m sorry if you thought I has promoting harassment: I wasn’t.

Biology is not pseudoscience, by the way: most guys are “hardwired to want sex”: that’s a fact. All male animals are wired that way in their DNA. This was not intended as a defence for molesters, though. I can see how you might have read it that way, but it wasn’t what I meant. Saying they want sex doesn’t mean they have a right to sex. How they go about seeking that is where ethics and morality come into play.
