In the case of a person who makes an oath of allegiance to the country, then carries out a terrorist act against it; the citizenship conferred by the oath is annulled by the breaking of that oath. So it is not really revoked, it is abandoned by the oath-breaker. Everything that comes after that is the terrorist’s problem. Of course if the death sentence applies, then the citizenship becomes a moot point.
