In 1917 in Moscow all the legal powers of Government were in the hands of the Tsar and his ministers: that didn’t stop the violent overthrow of his government and the imposition of a totalitarian regime that was worse than Hitler’s Nazis. We don’t call Stalin a Fascist, but his methods and the suffering he caused were indistinguishable from Fascism. I smell Fascism in the American Left today, and I blame the Democrats, the rioters in Seattle and New York, and especially George Soros.
