All your posts on Unions relate to Unions in a capitalist State, not in a Socialist dictatorship. As soon as they have total power the Party destroys all opposition , including free Unions (if that isn’t an oxymoron). The pro-union propaganda is what you get before the Revolution. Afterwards they are either subjugated to the Party, or shipped to the Gulags.
