I agree with you on the Clintons’ lack of integrity, and on the corrupting power of political donations. It would probably be better to outlaw or at least cap political donations at a level where the power to corrupt is no longer evident. That would probably require that political parties be financed by the Tax-payers: a bitter pill to swallow, but it might be the only way to drain the swamp. I don’t agree that “The Democrats are supposed to be the good guys,” though. They at least once represented the working class before deserting them to serve their corporate masters. Ironically, Donald Trump is now the champion of the working class!
