I agree: we need to get off the unworkable gun control option and make practical changes that show we value our children’s lives more than party politics.
There are three actions which would make school children far safer:
Access restrictions to schools so that armed men can’t just walk into a school: someone must let them in.
Thank you for publishing the statistics: you are correct that the left are using total numbers not deaths per million: I’ve seen newspaper articles saying Switzerland has a far lower gun-death tool than America: Others tell us what a happy safe place Scandinavia is: the numbers do not support that view.
Others use the total gun deaths in the USA, 67% of which are suicides, to compare with other countries, when the topic of the debate is School Mass Shootings and how to reduce them.
