How do you explain the warming and cooling cycles over the last 400,000 years on the NOAA graph, when fossil fuels were not being burnt. That is not something Nick needs to explain, but it is something Warmists just duck around, and never address directly. Ice Ages are cyclical, and we are overdue for the end of the current one. Life is better in an interglcial period: maybe we just need to gear up for warming, rising sealevels and more rain? "Be prepared!" isn't bad advice.
