Hi Jhagi
You speak with unusual clarity, sanity and common sense, and I thank you for your words. We have to be careful not to define normal heterosexual dating behaviour as sexual harassment. Rape, sexual assault and offensive harassment of women is not OK. Asking for a date, complementing women on their appearance, flirting and even seduction are OK as long as they are not repeated after the woman says the attention is not welcome.
Repeatedly hitting on a woman who has made it clear she wants the man to stop is harassment, the repetition makes it so. If we make it illegal for men to pursue a relationship with any woman, we sort of make ourselves non-viable as a species.
