This “definition” is inhuman, and on whose authority do you have th eright to say “It is therefore, by definition, not an individual, and is therefore, not in possession of individual rights.” This is similar to Adolf Hitler’s view of handicapped Germans, which he used to justify euthanasia for anyone who needed the support of others in order to survive. This is a very slippery ethical slope you are traversing here, my friend.

Social Security and Socialized healthcare are not socialism, but resemble it in some respects. Welfare and Public Health systems are administered by the Government through a massive bureaucracy of Public Servants: what is that if it is not central Planning, albeit not of the entire economy. These are examples of policies some call socialist (usually those who oppose public health and welfare) but are really Social Welfare measures.

And this also bears out in statistics.” Nonsense: the police are generally not racist: the statistics are clear:

They commit 70 percent of all robberies.”
Given these statistics, it is a wonder 70% of police shootings and 70% of prison inmates are not Blacks: if anything you could draw the conclusion that police are reluctant to shoot blacks, and courts are reluctant to incarcerate them. This proves beyond reasonable doubt that the Police and the Courts are not racist: if anything they are giving favourable treatment to black offenders.

So much of the mindless vitriol and pointless politicisation in this area of research stems from a false dichotomy that either blacks are incarcerated at a disproportionately high rate because of white racism or else blacks are incarcerated at a disproportionately high rate because they’re just born “super-predators,” to use Ms. Clinton’s term. Of course, neither is the case.
At the root of the problem is black poverty. Poor people commit crimes at a much higher rate than others, and poor people living in urban environments have the highest crime rate due to the fact that they are densely clustered together, creating both the opportunity for crime and a dysfunctional cultural environment that inevitably takes shape in dense concentrations (such as urban “housing projects”) of the poor, poorly educated, broken families, substance abusers and the like who live there.”
The solution is to encourage and support the family unit as the best way of bringing up children, and to assist black people into getting well-paid employment, not to tell them they are doomed to failure because of white racism. To quote Svetlana again, “Race has no bearing on it. Take a white kid and a black kid and raise them both in stable families and the chances are high that they will both do fine.”
“ When society treats you like shit and you do not have equality in opportunity, crime is a rational response.” Do you have any idea how harmful this lie is to black people? People like you telling black people that everything wrong with their lives is due to institutional racism is exactly why #BlackLivesMatter activists have taken to ambushing and murdering white policemen.
We should instead encourage black people to work hard, get good jobs and lift themselves out of poverty. They need a hand up, not a hand-out, and they need to be told that they will be rewarded for working hard, not that they have no future because of racism, and that they should target a single mother’s or an unemployment benefit as their best option.
The only person who has done anything to help American Blacks in the last year is President Trump: “The black unemployment rate of 6.8 percent in December 2017 was the lowest since the Bureau of Labor Statistics started tracking it in 1972, a year in which the rate ranged from 11.2 percent to 9.4 percent.”
It is still higher than white unemployment but the gap is closing.
